Privacy policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026.

This policy explains what information richardmurillo.com collects and how it is used for the support form and SMS messaging program.

SMS messaging program

SMS messaging program: Richard Murillo's AI assistant sends account notifications and coordination texts to phone numbers provided by Richard, his family members, and vendors or service providers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What the support form collects

When you send a message through the support form, the site collects your name, your email address, and your message.

How it is used and stored

Your submission is sent as an email through AgentMail, an email service, and stored in the site's AgentMail support inbox. It is used only to read and respond to your message. Replies go to the email address you provide.

The web server does not keep logs of form content. It logs only errors. To limit abuse, the server keeps your IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes to count recent submissions. That count is not written to disk and is cleared when the server restarts.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or images.

Sharing

Your information is not sold or shared, except with AgentMail as needed to deliver and store your message.
